The Colonial Inn is an independent living facility, and as such, is not a "nursing home" or an "assisted living" facility that provides home health care. However, many of our residents choose to use private caregivers and home health services for on-site assistance.

We can provide a list of reputable, local companies and independent nursing assistants who can provide this kind of assistance as required. However, Colonial Inn does not recommend or endorse any particular person or company.  It is the sole responsibility of the resident to interview and retain such a person or company on a basis that best suits the resident's needs.  Colonial Inn assumes no responsibility or liability to the resident for any such services. They are able to provide personal services and health services, often on an hourly or monthly basis.
