Three full meals a day in our beautiful dining room – complete with full salad bar – are included in the monthly rental fee. Residents choose their meals from daily menus. In the dining room, they're treated like honored guests at every meal. Their own personal server already has their place set at their table, with their beverage of choice poured and waiting.

Safe and Secure with Privacy

Your safety is our primary concern. The building is secured at night and the front desk is staffed 24 hours per day in case anything occurs, day or night. Our staff will check in with you at meal times, or more frequently if you desire. While keeping your safety and best interests in mind, we also never forget that this is your home -- you're entitled to as much privacy as you want.

Colonial Estates Clubhouse

Colonial Estates, another DeTray's Family Enterprise, is located right next door. All Colonial Inn residents have unrestricted access to the Estates' 4,500 square foot clubhouse with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, kitchen, meeting space, billiard tables and a dance floor. This is just one more benefit included at no extra cost in your monthly rental fee.
